What to expect
We review your goals, lot, budget, and timing. Architectural plans, elevations, site planning, soil testing, engineering, and septic planning follow as applicable.
01 Discover & Design
A guided design meeting helps you choose finishes and fixtures. We gather selections, define the scope, prepare a quote, and discuss financing or a cash plan.
02 Select & Price
After the agreement, we coordinate permits and a preconstruction meeting. Then construction begins, with decisions and updates through the final walkthrough.
